This review is a little late, but I also was at the presentations back in February/March. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming there. I liked that after one of the presentations at the Brookfield Zoo, we got the opportunity to walk around a bit and look at the animals. I hope I get the opportunity to explore some of the preserves someday, since I've never gotten the chance to before.
