I so agree with the previous reviewer. The doors are horrible for wheelchairs. They have an odd swing and are hard to maneuver. Some might call them accessible, but not me.

Disability Awareness:   very hard for wheelchairs to get in.

nice place to go, but why in the world don't they have automatic doors??? getting our daughter in a wheelchair in is impossible. you would think even if they are not aware of people with disabilities they would be concerned about all the mothers with strollers that come there. i'm really surprised they do so much business with that population.

Disability Awareness:   Not physically accessible

Tonight, while ordering carry out at Panera, the customer in front of me was working to order her dinner. This customer had a hearing impairment that made it difficult to understand her spoken language. The young woman waiting on her was kind and patient as she helped her customer by slowly reviewing the menu as it was written on paper, rather than trying to communicate via the large menu- board hanging above the registers. The restaurant is accessible, clean and a pleasant place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal. I'll go back to this Panera the next time I'm in the neighborhood- it was just a nice place to be for me, my family and my friends with disabilities.
