Dr. Nancy Hijjawi is an amazing dentist for kids with special needs. She does whatever it takes to help her patients cope with what is often a very stressful experience. She listens intently to parents, and is willing to make every accommodation. She has a well-trained and kind staff, a state-of-the-art office with lots of electronic devices to keep impatient patients from having meltdowns, and all the latest dental technology. She is warm, competent and generous. You will look long and hard to find any dentist as well equipped to care for your child and his or her teeth as Dr. Nancy!

Both of my kids have been going to Pine Dental Care for years! Dr. Hijawi was our first dentist and she was recommended to us specifically because she is not afraid to deal with kids with special needs. I have never been disappointed. She is prompt, kind, helpful, interested in my son's disability and even stays up on recent treatments. She is a good listener. The bonus is that we have also seen her colleague, Dr. Richardson, when Dr. Hijawi is not available. She is equally good. She is calm, even-tempered, kind, patient. When my son chipped a tooth, she returned a call within minutes (over a weekend) and came in on her day off. The support staff is also great-- Elena, Shirley.... they are all professional. I recommend highly!

Dr. Hijjawi was the third dentist we visited when Noah was young. The other two were inadequate in every way.
Noah is now 23 and Dr. Hijjawi, though a pediatric dentist is committed to continuing to care for Noah and his teeth. Her warmth and competentce and the entire staff, all of whom have been with her for the entire 15 plus years we have been going there, make the experience more like visiting family than going to the dentist!
