Founded in 2013, Connect to Community is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping young adults with developmental disabilities, and their families, to create a meaningful life in their own community. We provide social and volunteer opportunities for our clients as well as educational outreach for families through monthly Friday Forum seminars, monthly Informational Tours, and an annual Transition Summit. And believing that with the right job and the right supports, everyone can work, we also offer Customized Employment services.
