I came in here once a few years ago to get a new winter coat for myself. The coat section was very easy to find, and everything is laid out in a way that is easily accessible to all.

My son likes to shop at this store. He goes by himself and I have also gone with him. Everyone there is very helpful. He wanted a new sleeping bag for camp in Maine. He went there on his own and the person waiting on him spent a long time explaining the differences between bags. I returned with him and the same employee came up to us and reviewed what he had told my son previously. I like the way they talk to him directly. They are very patient when he asks alot of questions, or takes a long time to make a decision.
