Last week I went to visit this new center that is open to persons living in New Trier Township. I met Stacia, who is the Program Manager. She is warm, welcoming and shows a lot of enthusiam! It's located in a church at the corner of 10th and Forest. It will be offering programs and events of interest to young adults. It has a lovely sitting area for conversation, a table with chairs for games or projects and a kitchen for use for planned activities. There is also a rec room on the lower level. In the near future there will be programs during the week in the late afternoons and some great things for social gatherings on Saturdays and Sundays. You can let them know that your interested in being put on their mailing list by e-mailing info@ourplaceofnewtrier.org Parking spaces(including an accessible spot) to the side of the church or on the street.Has an elevator in the building.mCheck it out and have FUN!
