The Ignite Group and I went to Bernie's Book Bank, we put the stickers on the book and I had a huge stack of book and I thought service were exquisite there, the staffs were generally nice and they helped us to showed us where our stations at, I would go again and do some more books there.

We loved the stickers. The staff was very friendly. The staff commented on how fast we were able to label the books.

I went there with a group of adults with disabilities to help volunteer and every person we met was extremely friendly and helpful. They all spoke directly to the clients and asked them questions about themselves. One of the clients likes to know your birthday including year which can be uncomfortable for some people but they all were very polite and either told him an answer. Even when he also mentioned that the place smelled like "Home Depot" the staff laughed it off and either agreed or informed him why the building might smell similar. Everyone was very nice! We can't wait to go back.
