Good
Good

I came here a few times when I was little to see the annual Nutcracker performances. I remember the service being good, and the facilities were accommodating. However, the last time I was at this theater, we sat all the way in the balcony, and we had to climb a lot of steps that were old and rickety to get up there, and I was afraid the stairs were going to collapse. But, other than that, my experience was fine.

Great!
Great!

I took my mother to see the Nutcracker and she is in a wheelchair. What a great experience, she wanted to try to use her walker but I knew it would be too much. Not everyone knows they have an entrance just west of the main doors, full accessible, friendly helpful staff. Calling ahead to secure seating is important, they fill up quickly. Staff couldn't of been more helpful, was able to have my sit comfortably inside while I went to get the car. Can't say enough about this place, although it is the oldest theatre in Chicago they have a great bathroom and easy access. Usher in the theatre went above and beyond to lend a hand since it was only me with my mother. It was a great experience for my mother and myself, thank you Auditorium! Parking is not super easy.
