I was making an unusual dish, which required several hard-to-find ingredients so on several opportunities, I had to ask someone to help me find them. If there was difficulty with communication, they had the patience to wait while I typed it out on my phone and then were more than happy to help me find what I was looking for. This happened several times during one visit so, kudos!
