Never in my life have I been treated so rudely by the office staff. After trying to resolve a dispute over the charges, I decided to just pay even though they were wrong. Then they charged me a late fees and refused to remove them. They spoke so rudely and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I was born with a defect and upon arrival to my visit, the doctor brought up having surgery on it even though that was not the reason I was there. Talk about adding insult to injury. It made me so sad to have it pointed it out and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I cried my whole way home.
