Although there is an elevator in the middle of the store, accessibility for people with disabilities is quite poor in Eataly. To reach the interior of Eataly one has to go through two or three doors, but none of them are automatic / wheelchair friendly. In addition, the aisles are narrow and rather difficult to navigate. I'm sure that the staff can be willing to lend a hand, but because Eataly tends to be very crowded, they don't seem to particularly notice any particular customers, and tend to stay behind counters.
