The Alligator was a new restaurant for me. I found out that overall the food was good, but the service was what really made the experience special for me. The building its self was beautiful as well. I figured out that the menu was especially long so I asked my waitress to help me find what I wanted. She gladly showed me what she recommended so that is what I got.
The Alligator that they served was amazing. I was skeptical at first but when I took my first bite I was sold. I was surprised at how tasty it was. It almost tastes like chicken but with its own twist. The shrimp I also had was succulent and flavorful. My only complaint was the tilapia.
The tilapia was a little rubbery for me but it was nothing too bad. Overall the alligator is an excellent place to eat.
