I want to include this review, because I have flown in and out of LAX with clients numerous times, and there is a degree of unpredictability that can make any travel through LA a harrowing experience. But once I found a cheaper flight through John Wayne, and now I always look to fly through there, first. The difference is night and day: far less crowded and hectic, shorter lines at security, and rental cars across the street. No need to take a shuttle. So much easier.
