For starters, the rental car places are in walking distance from the baggage area. Sometimes a trek to a separate location to rent a car feels like a whole other leg of a journey, and extra taxing if you land at night. So that is nice, but what is very nice is the personal curb side service by the "Men (and women) in Black": the employees who walk you to the car. They are there to make sure everything goes smoothly, and it is nice to have an extra hand to get to the car if there are folks who are struggling with baggage. Also, any changes/additions to the reservations can be done at the car via computer, so you don't have to worry about going back to the front desk and making the trek even longer than it already feels.
