Basically, K-Mart was not willing to make the appropriate accommodations for my client (if he were to apply and get hired). I had some issue with their approach and decided to contact Equip for Equality through their ADA project and they were extremely helpful and gave me great advice on proper employer accommodations for individuals who need service dogs in the workplace.
