The zoo staff are not disability aware of those with bowel or bladder dysfunction disorders and zoo guest relations is standing by their staff denial of restroom access to patrons with medical conditions requiring immediate restroom access. The zoo has very large distances between restrooms that make it very difficult and at times impossible for someone to be denied access at one restroom location to make it to the next location before soiling themself due to medical conditions such as Crohns Disease or Short Bowel Syndrome. There's no reason to deny access even for cleaning purposes. Every restroom I've used, EXCEPT for the zoo, during a cleaning time staff has been very understanding of restroom needs. Guest relations told my family that the liability of wet floors was their concern, not restroom necessity even for medical needs. I thought that was what wet floor signs were for?
