I have been to this and a few other Dairy Queen locations. The customer service for people with and without disabilities is always quite good. If you're looking for a sweet and refreshing treat on a hot summer day, Dairy Queen is one of the best places to go.

I've taken the pace bus to the Edens Plaza by myself and walked over to Dairy Queen. When I've been to Dairy Queen by myself, it hasn't been too hard to order my ice cream. The first time I was at Dairy Queen by myself, I used my gift card. What I got from Dairy Queen was a chocolate ice cream with sprinkles, which was in a medium sized plastic bowl. When I ordered my ice cream, one of the guys behind the counter were helpful to me by letting me take my time to order my food. When I gave the guy my gift card, he was able to redeem my money pretty fast. The employees at Dairy Queen are friendly and they have let people take their time to order at the counter. The guy behind the counter gave me back my gift card and gave me a sheet that said how much money was left on my gift card. After I paid for my ice cream, I went outside to eat my ice cream. After I finished my ice cream, I put my trash in the trash can outside, walked back to the Edens Plaza, and then took the pace bus home. I enjoy going to this Dairy Queen to get ice cream and I enjoy their ice cream at this Dairy Queen. Dairy Queen is a fun place to get ice cream from.
