We really enjoyed the relaxing environment that Starbucks provided us. The music was a perfect volume and the ambiance made us comfortable. The staff were very attentive, they talked to our consumers and were very patient. Although there was no automatic door device for wheelchairs, it was very disability aware. When we asked for items that may not have been on the menu, the Barista provided us with alternative options.

The staff asked the consumer directly for his order in a friendly and non-condescending manner. Our consumer was treated the same as all of the other customers. parking was accessible. The total experience was good but not exceptional.
