I've been to this as well as another Noodles & Co. location, and each time I was very happy. The order takers always spoke directly to me, and the food is delicious.

Customer service at Noodles and Co. in Evanston is great. They give you plenty of time to make your choices and they are always willing to help you carry your food or beverage to your table. They are very kind and courteous. They give me ample time to place my order and make my decisions. The restaurant is well maintained. Noodles and Co. offers a friendly environment and it's a great place to meet friends for a quick meal on the go.

The staff at Noodles & Co. has been very helpful. They always check to make sure if we need anything after we get our food. The doors are easy to pull open. The bathrooms are easy to get into.

I was recently running a program for adults with disabilities to learn life skills. Part of our activities included budgeting and eating out at a restaurant. Unannounced, another staff person and myself brought 8 individuals with disabilities to this noodles & company location. Each individual ordered for themselves, paid, and asked many questions about how to order, what to order, changed their order, etc... The man behind the counter (sorry I don't have a name, but it was around 11:30am on Friday 8/21) was very accommodating. He took his time with each participant and we all enjoyed our meals. The store is also pleasantly accessible and there was plenty of seating. A GREAT experience!
