We visited Talia as part of a No Boundaries program where we went around reminding businesses to shovel the snow in front of their storefronts so that individuals with disabilities can easily navigate Evanston after a snowfall. The owner was not sure what we were trying to do at first--she thought we were trying to sell her something or looking for a job, but once we told her what we were doing, she was really receptive to us and offered our No Boundaries participants gingersnap cookies, which they eagerly took.
