So I took 4 of my clients to Target today and one has a walker the other 3 are fully mobile. When I went down the gardening isle I didn't realize that 2 of them went to ask the employee a question. When I turned around to try and let him do his job, he was more than happy to help us. He asked what were we looking for, and we told him a list of 5 different items. He was happy to help us find all 5 items and when my one client was getting tired of walking up and down the isles she asked if she could just wait by the end of the isles I said that's fine and he would rush back to make she sure was doing okay.

The Target store in Arlington heights at the corner of Rand and Thomas has been doing an excellent job hiring workers with hearing impairments. I have been in the store on many occasions and the checker has been hearing impaired. They usually will have a tag that says I am hearing impaired, which generally is helpful. I have never had a time when they couldn't explain something to me, or clarify a price. It is always a pleasant and for me, uplifting experience to shop there.
