The envirment is loud and busy but people are really friendly and helful

I took a computer course to prepare me for how to prepare food, which included personal hygeine and how to prevent foodborne illnesses. I took cooking classes over the summer at Kendall College, where I studied culinary and baking and pastry. I also learned knife skills, how to cut meats, like chicken, beef, and fish, how to cut vegetables, how to make dough for pasta and pie crusts, and how to bake sweets and make macaroons. At this internship site, I've been cleaning tables all day there, and I am tired of it, so I want to prepare food there.
