Recently, friends of mine and I went to lunch at Keenan's. A member of our group uses a walker. We were seated on a level lower, and she was unable to get down the stairs with her walker. She had to be carried down by the men in the group, which was uncomfortable for all concerned. When we spoke to a staff member, we were told to use a back door in the future, which is not acceptable. We were not go back to Keenan's again, nor would we recommend it to others with mobility issues.
