A consumer had a rough time while having coffee and both the staff and other patrons were all wonderful in the situation.

The employees are always so helpful. They see us pull in and immediately come to open the doors to make it easier for wheelchairs or walkers to enter. They patiently wait for the consumer to order and are more than willing to change orders if a consumer is not satisfied.

We brought our class here for a quick meal pick-up through the drive-thru to bring back a few items for a learning module that we were working on. The cashier taking our order was patient and friendly with our list of items. We were not rushed, which was nice. We had quite a few special requests because of diet restrictions and personal preferences and they were able to accommodate all of that with a friendly demeanor and without sacrificing speed of service.
