Disorganized and Terrible customer service almost as if the staff was trained to treat people like sub-humans. Old and dirty facility. Doctors are very limited and it takes a long time to see anyone. Good luck getting someone to call you back. And if you don't like how you're being treated, they have security on speed dial to show you to the door. I am so thrilled that I was treated this way early on in my pregnancy so I didn't end up having my prenatal care or give birth to my daughter there. The place is absolutely depressing. I drove an hour to Silver Cross instead where they know what it means to care for people.
