The staff were very friendly and helpful. The size of the pool is great, and we able to swim around half of it while the other half was being used for lap swim. The temperature of the water was nice, but a little on the chilly side. Getting into the water was easy for our participants, including those who use wheelchairs. The staff informed us of a lift we could use and instructed us on how to use it. The locker rooms are spacious and clean. There's lots of room to store stuff and a variety of different sized changing rooms. Overall we had a great time.

Our group came to the center to go swimming. We had six participants and four staff. Only three participants and two staff swam while the rest sat out of the pool. There was plenty of room around the pool for wheel chairs. The water was kind of cool, but we had half of the pool to swim in, which was nice. The locker rooms were very clean and organized. The staff were also nice, but we had to ask for help even when it was visibly clear that we needed assistance with the doors.
