This is a horrible place! Laredo's would not allow us in because we had a dog. I pointed out that she was a service dog not a pet, just in case the host hadn't seen the bright red vest & id tags on her side. He said the he wouldn't seat us without written proof. My boyfriend als informed the host that according to the Americans with Disabilities Act the host could only legally ask two question: 1.) Is the dog a service animal? 2) What task(s) has the animal been trained to perform?
The host the stated that if we wanted to eat there we couldn't sit in the main dinning area because it would be too drafty for that dog & the other customers wouldn't like having a dog there but he could make us a "special" table to the side.
We left.
