On Monday my tutor Ricky and I placed an order through Best Buy's website. We were originally going to go to the Howard location and just buy the item in person, but I wanted to try out the website to place the order. So that's what we did. First off, their site is accessible on the Mac for the most part with my screen readers, but my session timed out so Ricky assisted. But I just received my order of an external drive today and the emails were friendly. I don't know what time the order arrived today because I was out this morning, but it was delivered on the date specified.

My CIF tutor and I came here yesterday because I needed a new land line phone. He and I looked at different ones until we found a perfect match. We went to a cashier, phone in hand. She spoke directly to me and was very patient with us. She entered all the correct information in order for the phone to work properly. It is now set up and seems to be working great.

I was here to spend my gift card that one of my nieghbors gave to me not that long ago.Even they did not have what I wanted ,I was still satisfied with what I got(found)(spended on two dvds,and one cd).Iwas happy with what I got.

I have been to this store along time ago to buy a radio,and remember this as just like target next door (Has almost everyrthing except food).They have cd's dvd's electronics and that;'s it .It is a big store ,and its as I said right next to target on Howard.

It's not very clean,Hard find someone help u out,always never around when want them.Have hard time looking for i want or can't find them.

My father and I went to Best Buy to look at desktop PC's for me. We found one that we thought would accommodate my speech synthesizer card, but we weren't sure and wanted to take a look inside the computer. So we politely asked a salesman if he would open up the back of the computer. He said no, and then we explained why we wanted him to do this. He still said no even after our explanationA. fter a few more attempts at persuading him to let us look inside the computer, we gave up and took our business elsewhere. This salesman was disrespectful of the fact that I needed an accommodation in the computer. I did end up with a computer that accommodated my needs, but this was a very frustrating experience for us especially given that my father had taken off work to help me.
