Great animals to love and cherish. My pace classmates liked to work there. They have cute puppies and I like to pet them. I miss this place! The staff were friendly and very respectful! If I needed assistance, they would help me! Great place to see pets!

When coming into Wilmette Pet Center to talk with owner David regarding the importance of being aware of customers with special needs, the lady working behind the counter was wonderful. She went out of her way to make my visit more enjoyable and made me want to support the business even more. When David arrived, I had a very nice conversation with him. I shared some thoughts with him and he seemed to have a more open mind than many business owners. David is someone who trys to please others as opposed to himself and seems to know the keys to success. It was a very positive experience overall and I especially cannot thank the lady up front enough for her excellent customer service.

What a great shop! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It's very clean, and the pets are obviously well-cared for. Customer service seems to be a great priority, and the Center trains and hires people with disabilities. I would surely go out of my way to use this pet store in the future. They really "get it" about disability awareness and inclusion!

This Bridge Builder is featured in the JJ's List video on the home page. Need I say more?! Welcoming and accommodating. While we were filming at the store on a very busy Saturday, staff still found time to provide a seat for a person with a disability who wanted to pet the animal she had just purchased.
