I am a 56 yr old handicapped woman& my husband bought me a cell phone w Straight Talk/Tracfone. After only2months, myphone stoppedcharging .We were told that we HAD to sendour phone in to them first! We told them that I was disabled & by ADA standards they needed to provide me with something to carry & contact the rescuewhen I fall.I toldthemwe'd call FCCaswell. They said THEIR procedures were more important than FCC or ADA. In 24 hrs Igot2emails4 PAGES of computercode with one or 2 sentencesin English. My husband and I calledseveral timesreceivedthe same response. today we call a number that is supposed to be to the Corporate office&told theycan’t doanything to help usout in any portion of the matter other than sending us an “airbill” letter with shipping info which will take ANOTHER3-5 days! Nowwewillbeinto 8 days and I haven’t even sent out the bad phone!
