The ladies at FitGirl were very nice and welcoming. I went by myself both times and was treated with respect. They spoke to me like the adult that I am and seemed very openminded. The facility itself was accessible, and the instructor was great. In fact, the entire experience was great, right up until after that first class. The instructor (whom I had met before) told me that she thought she lacked the knowledge base to work with me and gave me the name of someone else I could work with at a different studio, mentioning that she had already contacted that person. Since I already paid for 4 more sessions, I'm going to finish those while also contacting the person she recommended, who said she would work with me wherever was convenient for me.
