The help was friendly and helpful. I went into the cafe for a so-called NY style bagels. I found it stale and old tasting. I aso purchased a box of biscotti, it was disgusting again old and stale tasting My husband returned the box of biscotti to 4 J's Cafe and Bake Shop the next day. He was told he couldn't have his money back. The owner never came out of the back room to talk to him and perhaps offer a credit for something in return for cash back. We will never again patronize this place. and will tell everyone we know about the lack of quality of their food this establishment sells.
