Flo and Santos is totally accommodating entering on street level. Everyone is very welcoming, shaking hands, maintaining eye contact, respectful to the individual. My son has terrible speech, but listened to what he said, asked him to repeat and THEN turned and apologized for not understanding him, I told the server what he said, the server turned back to my son, apologizing again and answered his question! Great place, great food and people!
