Yesterday my tutor Ricky and I came here for a Genius Bar appointment for my MacBook. We checked in with one of the store employees, and he directed us right where we needed to go. The person who assisted at the Genius Bar was Monica, and she did a wonderful job. She took a look at my computer, and had some coworkers do the same too. They quickly diagnosed the problem and gave a solution. They were very friendly and efficient, and answered all our questions in a timely fashion.

A sister and I went to this Apple store 2 days after Christmas, in search of Macs. We were greeted immediately by Mike, who showed us an iPad and some other laptops. We also talked with 2 other guys there who were very helpful. We got to try out Voiceover and I was quite impressed. We ended up settling on a Mac Book Air, which I am using to type this review. My training session this week at the store with Jeff also went great. Definitely recommending this location!

I went into the Apple store in Old Orchard looking to buy a laptop, but not 100% sure exactly what I wanted. The staff took the time to help me find what I wanted and to assist me wit the setup of the computer and learning how to use it. I know that I can come back for assistance if I need help with my computer in the future, and I'm sure that I will take advantage of that.
