I've been to the United Center a few times for various events, but I haven't been there in a while. I remember the overall atmosphere was fun, especially during the Bulls game I went to a long time ago with my family for my dad's birthday. The arena is in a somewhat questionable neighborhood in terms of safety, but I hear it's getting better. As for the facility itself, I remember it being pretty accessible, and the customer service was pretty good.

Getting around was easy. People are patient when they interact with me. I have difficulty seeing, and its easy for me to climb the steps.

I Love going to The United Center for Chicago Bulls games. The games are so much fun. Whenever I am there I can get around very easily because there are escalators and elevators. Those make it easier for me because going up and down too many stairs is tiring and can be very difficult for me. The crowds on the stairs doesn't help me because if i can't get to the railing or someone bumps me I lose my balance very easily. That is what is nice about the escalators because they only allow two people per stair. Overall, you guys are very welcoming to people with disabilities and I feel safe when I come to enjoy my hometown Basketball team! Thank You

I found it difficult to find reasonable priced tickets that were handicapped accessible. The staff was very friendly and willing to help support or assist.
