Watched "Wake: A Folk Opera" over the weekend and enjoyed it tremendously. One of the two main characters had autism and it was woven into the story subtly and beautifully. Emmy Bean did a fabulous job playing this character. Thanks to the writer for making it a part of the storyline.

Intimate space, audience-involvement, and a brilliant live band that played amazing songs. Even got the thumbs up from Mayor Emmanuel. Definitely getting the soundtrack to this one when it comes out.
