My daughter Allissa was celebrating her birthday with a makeover. We had gone to 2 previous department stores where no one would acknowledge her with a greeting or service. We walked into the cosmetic dept. of Von Maur and were immediately given excellent service for 60 full minutes. The sales person was so competent and caring and provided a wonderful experience for Allissa. We will always frequent Von Maur now for our cosmetics! Thank you to all of the fine saleswomen in the cosmetic department!
