Good, but could be great with a few improvements. The makeshift wheelchair ramp is way too steep even for a motorized chair. My chair is motorized and my friends still had to push me up the ramp. The bathroom accommodates a wheelchair, but lacks grab bars. Fix the ramp and install grab bars in the bathroom and it'll be a great place for PwD to socialize and visit.
