My CIF tutor and I walked to this AT&T store today to get assistance with a problem I was having with my cell phone. Immediately upon entering the store, a representative named Nick came up and warmly greeted us. I handed him my phone, and he was able to figure out the problem right away. The ringer was set to silent mode somehow, so that was why I couldn't receive calls. He reset it and gave the phone back to me. He did not charge me for this which I very much appreciate. My tutor and I then left the store and walked back to my apartment.
