I go to the Charter One bank on Oak Park Ave every other week. The staff was very helpful with helping me make decisions. The bank is not wheelchair accessible. It dosn't have a ramp or wheelchair button, but the service is good and they were friendly. I have a bank accunt there and I'll keep my accunt there, but they need to make it more wheel chair accessible.
