Our group is varied in their disabilities....we have a life skills class at a local high school.
Weekly, we go to TOPS, FRIENDLY markets, where they live up to that motto!
Our students shop for the home and careers class, and each week the Tops employees are ever so helpful, and accommadating!
Our students are in walkers, wheelchairs, and walk with odd gaits, and all these things that normally make shopping a drudge, are a joy at this TOPS!
The managers have the sales people open lines, give our students the extra time and care they need to make this weekly outing a sheer joy!
I wish THEY could be nominated for something!
