I went here a few times when I took classes at College of Lake County. This coffee shop is located inside one of the college's buildings, so it's convenient for students and faculty to grab a snack or drink in between classes. I thought their drinks were pretty good, but not as good as ones from other places I've been to.

Disability Awareness:   Welcoming, Talked to me person-to-person, Friendly, Gave me choices, Respectful, Physically accessible, Hire more employees, it sometimes felt a bit understaffed to me when I used to go there.

They were friendly and have good food and lots of variety. They allowed plenty of time to make choices. The area around the cafe was clean as was the campus.

The drinks were HUGE! They were very busy, but they had great customer service and were very patient.
