Everyone was was very helpful and kind. The clerks helped me find what I was looking for. I also found out some new information about the credit card box when checking out at the register. The box will come off the stand so that people who can't reach it (ie: they are in a wheelchair like myself) can use it and it remains private.

This is the reason that I like to shop at Bath and Body Works is because of the ease of checking out using a credit card.
