Great!

This is the best restaurant ever! I like to make my own stir fry. The staff and customers assisted me when I needed help with something. They are also very nice. They helped me learn how to make my own food. They also gave me extra time.

The staff at flat top are very friendly, welcoming, respectful and helpful. However, the restaurant itself is not physically accessible for someone with a physical disability. The door is not automatic. The restaurant it quite crowded with the tables situated close to each other. It is a serve yourself restaurant where you create your own dish. The dishes that you chose from are not easily accessible for people who use a wheelchair as the counter they are on is quite

I have been here a few times since it opened up at this location, and its the only resturaunt where you can make you own dinner with the meats, spices ,and other stuff that they have,.It is acessible to any one,and its right next to andys frozen custard(ice cream) shop (east one store front down).I always like to make my own dinner every time I come here.I think this is a stir fry,but could be wrong.

Good
Good

My overall experience was good. However, I noticed that the business is not disability-friendly, at least not as much as I would want. The door did not have a way to open for a person in a wheelchair. The reception area was narrow and right next to the entrance, making it impossible for a person with a disability to wait and talk to the hostess.

Since the idea is that people would fill their bowl with raw food and hand it over for cooking, there also needs to be more space on the other side of the counter for a disabled person to find his/her way around comfortably.

Besides, I did not see any disabled person among the employees. The staff were courteous and helpful. There was no person with a disability while I was there, so I wouldn't know how they would interact with such a person.
