The Ignite Group went to the Evanston Public Library for the second this year, I went there to returned a graphic novel book to the front and they were accessible all around me and the lighting was very bright and easy to find books that I like. There was a lot of choices to pick from, the librarian were all respectful and they gave me a lot of time to finish a book, the building was very spacious and very quiet there.

Ignite group and I went to Evanston Downtown to have lunch and then we walked to the Evanston Public Library, we went inside to the children section to look for books and the librarian was very helpful she showed me where the graphic novel at. The building was accessible and well lit also it was very spacious and they had plenty of spaces to sit and tables to set down your books on. I really like the silence of the library environment.

My tutor Ricky and I came back to this branch library on Wednesday to pick up 2 movies which I had rented. These were "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty" and "Up," both with closed captions and audio descriptions. The librarian who assisted us at the desk was very friendly, and she had both movies right away. Additionally the 2 people with whom I spoke on the phone when asking to have these held for me, were very friendly.

My other tutor Ricky and I came to this location of the library recently to inquire about a new service called Hoopla. Both librarians with whom we spoke were very friendly and helpful, and they got us exactly what we needed. Then at the end of last week Ricky and I registered on the Hoopla website. Their site is mostly accessible with both the screen reading software on my MacBook, but there are some problem areas which I contacted Hoopla about. I was able to borrow 3 music albums though with a little bit of help from Ricky. I'm pleased with this service so far.

This is one of my favroite librarys to go to because it is big(four floors),and it is accessible for people in wheelchairs(not me)(door that opens with a push of a button,and elevators that goes to every floor).I come here for my condo board meetings,and I always like that one room in the top floor with the high ceiling.Not far from the buses,and trains(201 goes right by,and cta purple,and metra is a few blocks west from there).And everytime that I come in there is a sculpture thats hang from the ceilng in the main entrance that I like to look up at.
