This Home Depot is completely supportive of employing people with disabilities! I received excellent help from a gentleman who had a speech disability; he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. When he was unsure of the answer to one of my questions, he turned to a co-worker who was extremely patient and respectful as well, speaking directly to the person with the disability and regarding him as a complete equal. Very encouraging to experience!

It bugs me when I can't get help at a business while there are numerous employees running around doing "things". Apparently there are a lot of "things" that need doing that are more important than helping a customer. The employee that I asked for help didn't know how to help me. He called to have someone else come over. After ten minutes of waiting I left. Next time I'll try Lowes.
