There are are friendly employees and a spacious, open first level. However, there are steep stairs and this makes the second floor completely inaccessible or difficult to access for people with any physical disabilities.

The first floor (boy's section) is accessible if you have a wheel chair, but to get to the girls section and dressing rooms, you have to go up an enormous set of stairs and there is no elevator!!!

Disability Awareness:   Inflexible service, They need an elevator or some way to get to the top floor/dressing rooms if one is in a wheel chair!
