I was recently in need of a new cane, because the one I had suddenly broke at the end of last week. So my fill-in tutor and I took the train down to the Guild for the Blind Consumer Product Center. The coordinator had stepped out, so he and I sat down and waited for a few minutes. We were finally let in by Polly who works at the Guild. She had me try out a couple canes, and I settled on one. I bought another one to use as a back-up. Polly spoke directly to me and was also very friendly to my tutor. I was there a couple times before and really like it.
