We arrived 4:45PM between lunch & dinner as the wait persons were too busy setting tables for dinner that affected their service. I had to get up & ask for our bread as waitress was setting other tables. The bread came with HARD BUTTER. One of my pet peeves. When I asked why the butter was hard she said the OWNER makes them keep it in the fridge. I said why not set it out an hour before & she said the OWNER won't let them do that. I could write more but don't have the space here. We won't go back & that is sad. Good service relies on good training.

Disability Awareness:   Unwelcoming, Ignored the person/people with the disability, A LOT of seniors but no one to greet them so they just wander in & wait until someone sees them standing there.
