Please join Search on Thursday, June 9th from 6 – 9 pm at the Chicago History Museum (1601 N Clark St, Chicago, IL 60614) for SEARCH TRAILBLAZERS 2022: Celebrating Our Community Roots!
For the first time in three years, we are thrilled to gather together in person with our supporters to celebrate our mission and programs! Guests will enjoy a cocktail hour with a silent auction, live program, seated dinner, videos, awards, and more.
After having to stay apart for so long, it is fitting that this year Trailblazers will be celebrated just miles away from where Search was founded in the Cabrini Green neighborhood of Chicago in 1968. Throughout its over 50-year history, Search has grown deep roots and long-lasting partnerships within the vibrant communities it serves.
This year’s Trailblazers honorees, John Lipscomb and Wintrust remind us of the power of our legacy of leadership, innovation, and community partnerships. Over decades, their contributions have paved the way for the inclusion of people with disabilities in all aspects of community life. JJ’s List is proud to be connected to these leaders in our field!
There are multiple ways you can get involved and support Trailblazers!
- Purchase tickets to attend on the evening of June 9th.
- Become a Trailblazers sponsor!
- Donate an item to our silent auction (i.e. sporting tickets; timeshare stays; gift certificates; other experiences)
- Give a general donation towards Trailblazers.
All proceeds from Trailblazers support the mission and programs of Search, such as JJ’s List. You can learn more about the event on Search’s website. We would love to see you there!
